Mimir works on your inbox and your documents. Here is what we do to keep them safe, in plain words.
Protected sign-in
Passwords stored as hashes, never in the clear. Short-lived sessions, and Google sign-in if you prefer it.
Everyone sees only what they should
You decide who can send emails and who can only read what Mimir prepares.
Each company on its own
Data is separated per organisation, and the check happens on every read, not just at the door.
We train nothing on your data
Documents, emails and deals are never used to train any model, ours or anyone else's.
Nothing goes out without your go-ahead
Mimir prepares and stops. Emails, quotes and replies wait for you in the Outbox.
The short version
- TLS encryption across the whole site and app
- Passwords stored as hashes, never in the clear
- Short-lived session tokens with protected refresh
- Model provider keys encrypted in the database, never shown in the clear after saving

- Manual invoicing by bank transfer: card details never enter our systems at all

- Admin actions are kept in the audit log, and every draft shows what the agent changed
